Note: Only transactions from approved merchants/services under the listed categories will qualify.

1. A new member may claim cashback from 1 ShopBack category only upon registration.
2. Existing Customer, Cashback is calculated based on:
   • Weekly Net Deposit (Total Deposit – Total Withdrawal) Monday to Sunday.
   • Cashback tiers are based on the following table above.
   • Cashback can only be claimed
     1. Once per week
     2. Per verified account
3. Receipt / Screenshot Requirements: All receipts/screenshots must:
   • Be clear and fully visible
   • Show merchant/store name
   • Show transaction date and amount
   • Show payment confirmation or completed transaction status
   • Edited, cropped, blurred, tampered, duplicated, or handwritten receipts will be rejected.
   • Receipt dates must fall within the current month.
   • Each receipt/screenshot: Can only be used once, cannot be reused across multiple accounts or categories.
4. Excluded Transactions:
   • Pending transactions
   • Cancelled/refunded transactions
5. Bonus and withdrawal rules:
   • Cashback rewards are issued as Bonus credits
   • 5x turnover requirement before withdrawal
   • Minimum withdrawal of $50

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
